As a Chiropractor, I’ve served over 1,500 unique individuals, have more than 40,000 adjustments under my belt and established a thriving wellness practice in the Pilbara and Fremantle.

However, what truly matters is my commitment to guiding you back to your authentic and thriving self. I want you to feel empowered and in control of your health and I know that this comes from first understanding the link between your brain, body and heart. 

The state of your health is a direct reflection of the state of your nervous system. It is my absolute passion to help you feel vital by creating regulated and thriving nervous systems. Your unique needs shift through the different seasons of life from infancy, adolescence, pregnancy, birth, parenthood and beyond and I’m here to help attune you to the language of your body so no matter what age or season of life you’re in, you can thrive.

I take a personalized approach to care and integrate many tools such as biochemical, neurological, orthopaedic, neuro-emotional and Chiropractic testing and incorporate different modalities to create a truly holistic and comprehensive pathway to health.

When i’m not in practice you can find me with my 5 year old son, baby daughter and husband, creating, cooking and gardening.
